The position

We’re looking for an energetic, driven, structured and well-organized, yet entrepreneurial-minded and creative hands-on Senior Project Manager who is ready to join us as we continue to grow and expand our business – the first of its kind one-stop digital platform for self-employed people, freelancers, project workers, independent consultants, entrepreneurs. As our Senior Project Manager for Enterprise, you’ll manage all projects under our new enterprise model, which means close collaboration with large global corporates, securing a smooth integration on, with and to our platform. Say, you’ll work in the cross field between our early stage, entrepreneurial-driven, but fast growing, platform and very established global corporate players to bring along new, value-adding ways of addressing and enabling their (flexible) workforce.

You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, from taking part in the budgeting and initial project planning to building realistic roadmaps and timelines for deliverables and ensure that all deadlines are met. You’ll take the lead on the projects, coordinating, communicating, and securing alignment internally as well as with our corporate partners, and thereby managing the overall productivity and budget.

You’ll be responsible for assigning tasks to and following up with the right team members – however, you’ll also take active part in the process yourself. You’ll ensure that each project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Who you are

• You’re a Doer who’s not afraid of ‘getting your hands dirty’ and involving directly in the projects to make things move.
• You’re entrepreneurial-minded, creative and solution-oriented at the same time as you’re structured and well-organized.
• You understand the importance not just of timely delivery, but also of delivering to the highest standard.
• You’ve got very strong organizational, time management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• You’ve got proven experience with successful project management, involving big global corporate companies – ideally in the cross field with early-stage / startup.
• You possess strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Ideally you have a technical background – or at least a strong technical understanding that allows you to communicate smoothly and clearly, and secure alignment with internal as well as external tech teams.
• You thrive in the cross field between tech and commercial / business solutions.
• You’re fully confident with all Microsoft Office tools as well as commonly used project management tools and software. If you know of, or even has experience with, bubble it’s just an advantage.
• You’re able to travel internationally.

Location

• You’ll ideally be working from our hub in Singapore – however, we’re flexible if you are the right candidate.
