Top Generative AI Tools for your Business: ChatGPT & More

In the ever-evolving landscape of entrepreneurship, where agility, innovation, and strategic acumen are paramount, businesses need to constantly pivot and adapt to change. With entrepreneurs, freelancers, and startup founders needing to handle new factors every day, focusing on their core competencies while tackling competition gets difficult. One such factor, in today’s technologically dependent world, is artificial intelligence (AI). AI is emerging as an indomitable force, forcing businesses to think differently by pushing them into unchartered territories. According to our recent DO Masterclass exert speaker, Dr. Manmeet Barve, making a mark today requires immense curiosity and knowledge about top generative AI tools for your business.

AI, once a futuristic concept, is now a tangible and indispensable asset, a transformative catalyst reshaping how entrepreneurs approach challenges and opportunities alike. As technology leaps forward, so do the opportunities for visionary entrepreneurs to revolutionize their operations and decision-making processes. From marketing prompting to business planning, AI is no longer a luxury, but a strategic imperative for businesses that want to thrive.

This article will discuss the top generative AI tools for businesses during various stages of their entrepreneurial journey.

How can businesses utilize generative AI tools?

Unfortunately, even with artificial intelligence becoming more popular, only a fraction of businesses and their marketers use AI actively and on a wider scale. According to Drift Insider’s 2021 State of Marketing AI Report, 70% of marketers lack education and training in the concepts of AI. 46% of the marketers are not even aware of AI tools while 46% of them have a lack of resources. Given that this was a 2021 report, we can see that times have changed. More businesses are now aware of the top AI tools in the market; however, a new problem now exists. Although businesses know about generative AI tools, they do not know the ones that should be focused on and how to use them to their full potential. Besides that, there is a major misconception that generative AI tools can be utilized by businesses, but without any effort. Although generative artificial intelligence tools will help you save time and effort in the long run, they still require guidance and structure to be used. According to Dr. Barve, businesses, entrepreneurs, marketers, and anyone creating material today should understand that artificial intelligence will only help you, if it is accompanied by other skills.

It is important to understand a basic fact: Common Sense X Business Sense X AI Sense

If anything, out of common and business sense is missing, then artificial intelligence sense will not drive the results you truly want. You first need to use common sense and figure out what results you want the generative AI tools to yield. After this, you must match those ideas with what your business requires and understand what verticals of your business require AI help. Lastly, you must choose the right generative AI tools for your business. It might be useful to divide your business verticals and tasks according to the stage of business you are in. After this, you can decide which generative AI tool should be used for which stage.
